PN532 NFC/RFID Reader and Writer Shield Board
Product Description
The NFC/RFID Shield uses the PN532 chip-set that is the perfect tool for any 13.56 MHz RFID or NFC application. You'll be able to read and write to tags and cards to your Arduino. It also comes with a 13.56 MHz 1K card to quickly start development! It can also work with any other NFC/RFID Type 1 thru 4 tag.
It is also very flexible as you can use the 3.3 V TTL UART at any baud rate, I2C, or SPI to communicate with it. The chip is strongly supported by libnfc; simply plug in an FTDI cable and use the FTDI serial port device to communicate, which lets you do NFC dev using any Linux/Mac/Windows computer.
