Yageo’s AC series of chip resistors is optimized to offer durability and performance, conforming to the strict AEC-Q200 standards while also offering an impressive ±1% tolerance, humidity resistance of 1% (1,000 hours at 85°C, 85% RH and 10% operating power), temperature coefficient resistance (TCR) of ±100 ppm/°C, and a 2 KV ESD rating. Other features include 100% pulse load screening to eliminate early failures during final testing as well as an estimated 8,000 hours of operational life.
