Microchip Technology ATMEGA128-16AUR Product Description

The ATmega128-16AUR is a part of the larger ATMEGA microcontroller from Microchip Technology. The ATmega128 series is a high performance, low-power AVR 8bit microcontroller that utilizes RISC architecture, featuring up to 16 million instructions per second throughput while operating at 16MHz. There is also a large variety of high endurance non-volatile memory segments available, QTouch library support, and a JTAG interface. There is also a wide range of peripheral features including two 8-bit PWM Channels, an 8channel 10-bit ADC, a master/slave SPI, two 8 bit and two 16 bit timer/counters, and many more. This chip operates from 4.5-5.5V and has several power centric MCU features, including 6 different sleep modes and extended standby. Lastly, there are 128KByts of in-system flash program memory, 4Kbytes of EEPRom, and 4Kbyts of internal SRAM which makes this MCU capably of nearly any 8-bit MCU application.
