Zener Diodes for Over Voltage Protection (5.6V-30V) in the ultra-small SOD-962 package

Toshiba continues expanding its Zener diode lineups for overvoltage protection. The latest announced "CSLZ series" Zener diodes protect semiconductor devices from switching surges, induced lightning surges[1], and electrostatic discharges (ESD)[2]. This lineup has 10 products having Zener voltage (typ.) ranging from 5.6V to 30V. In addition, their low dynamic resistance and clamp voltages allow them to absorb surges well, reducing voltage surges on surrounding components in various applications.
