Entwicklungskit-Beschreibung
The MCP651 Input Offset Evaluation Board is intended to provide a simple means to measure the MCP651 Input Offset Evaluation Board op amp’s input offset voltage under a variety of operating conditions. The measured input offset voltage (VOST) includes the input offset voltage specified in the data sheet (VOS) plus changes due to: power supply voltage (PSRR), common mode voltage (CMRR), output voltage (AOL), input offset voltage drift over temperature (ΔVOS/ΔTA) and 1/f noise.Entwicklungskit-Funktionen
-Test Points for inputs (bias the DUT at any desired point), outputs (to measure VOS and the DUT's supply current) and others (power supplies, setting the MCP651's VCAL voltage, etc.)
-Potentiometer to set MCP651's VCAL voltage
-Push button switch to initiate a calibration sequence in the MCP651
-DIP switch to select either high or low gain for the measured offset (VOS)
