The MTFC4GACAJCN-4M is a MultiMedia Card controller and NAND flash that is packaged as a 153-ball FBGA. Zit has JEDEC/MMC standard version 5.0-compliant with advance 12-signal interface. The nonvolatile e.MMC draws no power to maintain stored data, delivers high performance across a wide range of operating temperatures, and resists shock and vibration disruption. This version has a NAND density of 4 GB.
