Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 125 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 30 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 2 A. It is made in a single configuration.
