Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode PDR3G-13 rectifier from Diodes Zetex. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. It is made in a single dual cathode configuration. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 100 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 3 A.
