Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode PDS4200H-13 rectifier from Diodes Zetex. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 175 °C. It is made in a single dual anode configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 100 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 4 A.
