Introducing the Raspberry Pi Zero W
The Raspberry Pi Foundation has done it again! The new Raspberry Pi Zero W offers all the same benefits as the Pi Zero v1.3, but with built-in WiFi and Bluetooth. Now, rather than using a WiFi dongle which takes up physical space and your precious USB port, WiFi is fully integrated into the board with the Cypress CYW43438 wireless chip you know so well from the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.
This ultra-slim, ultra-small Pi is still the smallest form factor on the market from Raspberry Pi, yet its 40% faster than the original Raspberry Pi. The Pi Zero W offers an unpopulated 40 pin GPIO so you have the flexibility to use only the required connections for your project. In addition to being an incredibly small board, the Pi Zero W supports mini connectors to further save on space.
