This bistable switch scr TN22-1500H thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics will turn on when a current is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 22 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 110 °C.
