SP Amp Current Sense Amp Single 25V 6-Pin SOT-23 Cut Tape

The TS1103-x family of current-sense amplifiers are the latest addition to the greater TS1101 family. Just like the TS1101 range, the TS1103 range of bidirectional current-sense amplifiers can measure current flowing to and from a load. The TS1103 range has a low supply current of 1 µA, a wide input common range of 2 V to 27 V, a low gain error of 0.6% maximum, and a voltage output that features a magnitude proportional to the measured current. As the output voltage of the TS1103 represents the magnitude of the sign of the current, going to or from the load is represented via a digital sign output. As different designs may require different internal gains for converting a current to a voltage, each TS1103 device has a pre-determined gain between 25 V/V and 200 V/V. All parts in the TS1103 family are in a 6-lead SOT23 package and all parts are RoHS-compliant, making them applicable in the EU market.
