The 1-1542001-2 is a BGA-finned heatsink made from cold-forged aluminium and has a black anodized coating. It is designed to dissipate up to 15 W of power and has dimensions of 12.7 mm in height and a diameter of 34.95 mm. The heatsink has a UL flammability rating of UL 94V-0 and uses a clip to keep itself attached to the BGA being cooled. The 1-1542001-2 is RoHS- and ELV-compliant, making it applicable to the EU market.
