Heat Sink Passive BGA Radial Aluminum Black Anodized
The 1-1542002 family of BGA radial-finned heatsinks are made from aluminium, with a black anodized coating. The heatsink is designed to dissipate up to 15 W of power and has dimensions of 11.26 mm in height and a diameter of 34.92 mm. This range of heatsinks has either two or three radial fins and uses a clip to keep itself attached to the BGA being cooled.
