The EPM7128STI100-10N MAX 7000S is an industrial CPLD with 2,500 useable gates, 128 macro cells, 84 I/O, and a maximum operating frequency of 147 MHz. The EPM7128STI100-10N is designed to work on 5 V logic with a 5 V supply, has a maximum output signal delay of 5 ns, and can operate at a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The CPLD contains eight logic blocks, two global clocks, and 32 product terms as well as incorporating EEPROM memory, which removes the need for an external memory IC. Each macro cell includes a flip flop with clear, pre-set, and clock, and each macro cell can use up to 32 product terms. The EPM7128STI100-10N is housed in a QFP 100 package and is RoHS compliant, therefore making it a viable part in the EU market.
