- TWR-K24F120M, Kinetis K24 120 MHz MCU Tower System Module. The TWR-K24F120M is a low-power 120 MHz ARM Cortex-M4 based MCU platform with high RAM density for connectivity and sensor fusion applications. The TWR-K24F120M features the low-power MK24FN256VDC12 MCU with DSP instructions and floating point unit (FPU), 120 MHz, 256 KB of flash, 256 KB of RAM and USB crystal-less capabilities in a thin 121 MAPBGA package. The TWR-K24F120M module is designed to work either as a stand-alone debug tool, or as part of the modular Tower System development platform
