- CY4606 EZ-USB HX2LP High-Speed Low-Power USB 2.0 Compliant 4-Port Hub Reference Design Kit. EZ-USB HX2LP Reference Design Kit (RDK) board is a tool to demonstrate the features of EZ-USB HX2LP device CY7C65630. The CY7C65630 is identical in every aspect except for the number of ports they support. The term HX2LP refers to both the chipsets unless stated explicitly. The EZ-USB HX2LP implements a fixed-function hub functionality between one upstream USB port and two or four down-stream ports. The HX2LP RDK is based on the 56-pin QFN for CY7C65630
