The Analog Devices ADHV4702-1 is the first amplifier in the market to offer 220V precision performance in a small form factor. This amplifier can be used in many different applications including automated test equipment for high-side current measurement and high-voltage supply generation, in life sciences to provide precision high-voltage control for mass spectrometry systems, and in healthcare to tightly control the bias point of silicon photomultipliers. The ADHV4702-1 is available in a single 7mm x 7mm lead frame chip scale (LFCSP) package that can reduce the solution size while simplifying the system architectures by eliminating supporting components. For precision performance, the ADHV4702-1 has an open loop gain (AoL) of 170dB typical, a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 160dB typical, an input offset voltage of 1mV maximum, and offset voltage drifts of 2µV/°C. This amplifier also features an adjustable supply current, slew-boosting circuitry, and flex epad bias voltage.
